You Keepd account is protected by a password and PIN.
There are a couple of ways to access your account:
- Direct login: via the log in page on web, Android or iOS. Requires both password and PIN
- Via a Teleport links: these are the links you get in notification emails when you've got new communication in your Keepd account. Requires just PIN
To log into your account you'll need your password and PIN. You change your password and PIN in your account settings.
Let's take a look at how to change your password and PIN:
Changing Password on Web/Desktop
Open the user menu on the top bar

Select the ‘Account’ option from the user menu

On the ‘My Account’ details page, enter your current password in the ‘Current password’ field

Create and enter a new password in the ‘New password’ field. Re-type your new password in the ‘Confirm password’ field, then press the ‘Update Account’ button to save your new password

Your password is now changed and your account updated

Changing PIN on Web/Desktop
Open the user menu on the top bar

Select the ‘Account’ option from the user menu

On the ‘My Account’ details page, enter your current PIN in the ‘Current PIN’ field

Create and enter a new PIN in the ‘New PIN’ field. Re-type your new PIN in the ‘Confirm PIN’ field, then press the ‘Update Account’ button to save your new PIN

Your PIN is now changed and your account updated
