You can check the storage you've used, how many notes you have, and over usage stats by following the steps below:

Checking Usage on Web/Desktop

Open the user menu on the top bar

Select the ‘Usage’ option from the user menu

The Usage table will open showing you the information about how much of your storage allowance you've used, how many emails you've sent and received, how many files you've got stored and how many notes you've created

Checking Usage on Mobile

Open the settings menu on the home page
