Keepd email is your dedicated place for your emails that matter, no matter which one of your email accounts the email was sent to.

Add linked email accounts to make your life easier, and Keepd will automatically organise your important emails by original sender and date, making it stress free to find them later.

If you sign up to Keepd using an email address, this email address will automatically be an existing linked email account. You can link as many other of your other email accounts as you like.

Linking an email to your Keepd account is dead easy, so let's quickly take a look at how you add a ‘Linked Email’ to your Keepd account. 

Adding a Linked Email on Web/Desktop

You can access the linked email feature from the ‘Linked Emails’ option in user menu or by using the new email button on the ‘My Emails’ page

Select the ‘My Emails’ navigation tile on the ‘Home’ page of the app

Press the ‘Linked emails’ button

Open the user menu on the top bar

Select the ‘Linked Emails’ option from the user menu

Adding a linked email address

Select the ‘Add’ icon on the 'Linked Emails' page

Enter the email address of the account you'd like to link to your Keepd account and press ‘Add’

To link this email address to your Keepd account you'll need to verify it. We'll send a 6-digit verification code in an email to the email address you entered. Copy the 6-digit verification code from the email

Enter the code into the verification code field in ‘Verify new linked email’ window in Keepd and click ‘Verify’

Your new linked address will be added to your Keepd account and appear in your list of linked emails
