Storage would be useless if you couldn't upload and download the things you want. So of course in Keepd you are able to do both (and some more) uploading and downloading.
In Keepd uploading and downloading files in storage is easy and only takes a few steps. Let's take a look at how to upload and download files in Keepd

Uploading Files
To upload a file, navigate to the storage area you want to upload the file in. Then press the ‘New’ button and select ‘File Upload’
Select and upload the files you'd like to upload from your device
You can also drag and drop files into the storage areas to upload them
Your files will be uploaded to the storage area
TIP: You can keep your storage areas organized by uploading your files into folders. Check out our article How to create folders in storage to learn more
Downloading Files
To download a file, find and select the file in storage, then right click and choose the ‘Download’ option
Your file will be downloaded to the device you are on

To upload a file, navigate to the storage area you'd like to create a folder in. Select the ‘Add New’ or 
button
Select the ‘Upload File’ option
Select the file(s) you want to upload from your device
Your files will be uploaded and appear in the storage area

Uploading Files by Sharing them into Keepd
You can upload files by sharing them into your Keepd account from your external galleries and folders.
To share a file into your Keepd account, find and select the file(s) on your device and choose your devices ‘Share’ option
Select Keepd from the list of Share applications. You may need to scroll through the list of application options to find Keepd
You can upload the file(s) to a folder in your ‘My Storage’ area, share them in a ‘Shared Storage' area or upload them to a note. Select where in Keepd your want to upload the file(s)
If you want to upload to your ‘My Storage’ area, select the folder you want to upload the file(s) to and press ‘Save’.
If you want to upload to a ‘Shares Storage’ area, select the channel you want to share into, then the folder in storage area you want to upload the file(s) to and press ‘Save’.
If you want to upload to a note, select the note from your list of notes or create a new note to upload the file(s) to and press save
Your files will be uploaded and appear in the storage area or note you uploaded them to
Downloading Files
To download a file sent or shared with you. Find the file in storage, then click the ‘options’ 
button and choose the ‘Download to device’ option
The file will be downloaded to your device
