How to create folders in your storage areas in Keepd

Keepd will automatically try to help with organizing some of the things that get stored in your storage areas. Take email attachments for example; any attachment you send or receive with automatically be stored in a folder called ‘Attachments’ in that channels shared storage. 

But you can take things further and structure your storage areas in the way that works best for you, using folders. You can create folders in your storage areas in Keepd, to help organize your things.

Creating folders is quick and easy. Lets take a look at how to create them.

 


 

Creating folders on Web/Desktop

Navigate to the storage area you'd like to create a folder in. Select the ‘New’ button and then press ‘+ Folder’

 

Enter a name for the folder and press ‘Create’

 

 


 

Creating folders on Mobile

Navigate to the storage area you'd like to create a folder in. Select the ‘Add New’ or button

 

Select the ‘Create Folder’ option

 

Enter a name for the folder and press ‘Create’

 

Your folder will be created and appear in the storage area
