Your Keepd account lets you experience the best of email. There are a couple of ways to use email in Keepd.
One of the ways to use your Keepd email is as an ‘archive’ for the emails from your other email addresses that you want to keep safe, secure and organized. You do this by forwarding in emails from your external email accounts that you want to keep.
If you've got emails in your other email account(s) that you want to keep, all you need to do is select the email(s) you want and forward them to your Keepd email address.
Lets take a look at how you can ‘archive’ emails by forwarding in emails into your Keepd account.
Manual forwarding emails
In any of your other external email accounts, select the email you want to forward into your Keepd account. Once you've found the email, choose the ‘Forward’ option and enter your Keepd email address in the ‘To’ field and then press ‘Send’

Forwarded email will appear in your Keepd mailbox from the original sender and at the original date and time the email was sent

TIP: If you don't know your Keepd email address you can find it on the ‘My Details’ page by opening the user menu and selecting ‘Account’

Auto-forwarding emails
You can also auto-forward emails directly into your Keepd account.
All you need to do is find the email auto-forwarding function in your external mailbox and follow the instructions for selecting the emails you'd like to auto-forward. When prompted to enter an email address to forward the emails to, enter your Keepd email address and complete any further steps in the auto-forward setup process.
Once you have completed the auto-forward setup in your external email account, any new incoming emails you receive that fall under the auto-forward rules you set, will be automatically forwarded to your Keepd account.
Like all emails that are received in your Keepd account, your auto-forwarded emails will be kept private, secure and organized in your Keepd mailbox. They will appear in your email list as from the original sender and with the original date and time they were sent.
