In Keepd you can delete contacts from your channel list.
Once you delete a contact channel all the communication history and things shared with that contact will also be deleted.
Deleting a contact is permanent
Be careful with deleting a contact in Keepd. Once you delete a contact, the channel and all the communication history (emails, chats, files in storage) will also be deleted.
This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Let's look at how to delete a contact in Keepd.
Deleting Contacts on Web/Desktop
Open your ‘Individuals’ channel list from the side nav and select the contact you'd like to delete
Click on the channel info button to open the channel details
Click the ‘Remove’ button in the channel info window
Select ‘Delete’ to delete the contact
Read the warning and confirm that you'd like to continue with your choice to ‘Delete' the contact by clicking ‘Delete’
Once deleted the contact will no longer appear on your channel list
Deleting Contacts on Mobile
Select the contact you'd like to delete from your ‘Contacts’ channel list
Click on the channel info button to open the channel details
Click the ‘Remove’ button in the channel info window
Choose the ‘Delete’ option
Read the warning and confirm that you'd like to continue with your choice to ‘Delete' the contact by clicking ‘Confirm’
Once deleted the contact will no longer appear on your channel list
